Respect Life Ministry seeks to assist families, parishes, and other institutions in service to families with the ongoing task of protecting and enhancing human life from conception through natural death.
Following the Pastoral Plan for Pro-Life Activities of the NCCB, we engage in education, pastoral care, and advocacy.
Promoting a consistent ethic of life, we strive to provide a compassionate, but honest, response to those struggling with issues of abortion, euthanasia, or assisted suicide.
Our pro-life ministry seeks to assist individuals, families, parishes, schools and other groups with the ongoing task of protecting and enhancing human life from conception through natural death.
Project Rachel is a program of post-abortion healing and reconciliation offering confidential help to any woman or man who is suffering the loss of a child through abortion. Trained volunteers and clergy are ready to assist those who grieve to find peace and healing. On occasion, the Respect Life Ministry sponsors healing retreats and inter-faith memorial services for the unborn.
Through Project Rachel, we provide training and resources to counselors, volunteers and parish staffs to help them minister to those who have experienced abortion.
